'Breathwork is the use of Breath Awareness and Conscious Breathing for healing and growth, personal awakening and transformation in spirit, mind and body.'
Dan Brule
As you go about your daily life, many of us unlearn our natural breathing practice. You may breathe on average between 21,000 – 30,000 breaths a day. However, to breathe optimally and get the most out of this precious resource, you could be breathing between 6,000 to 12,000 breaths a day instead.
Connecting to your breath and setting up a daily practice, of as little as 10 minutes a day, could change the way you feel, live, connect to yourself and others and support your overall well-being. The breath is the only part of the autonomic nervous system that we have control off and which is able to potentially lower blood pressure, improve digestion, manage PMS and migraine symptoms, your posture and assist with mental illness, to name a few.
I run 1:1 and group workshops helping you understand the power of your own breath and teach you simple breathwork practices to integrate into your daily life.
Each session lasts for 60 minutes and over a course of 4-6 sessions, we go back to basics and learn up to 20 different breathing practices, which will become part of your daily well-being toolkit.
Cost: £70 per session

Breathwork for teenagers and young adults
Adolescence brings with it many challenges. However, we are currently experiencing a huge spike in teenage mental health issues. Depression, anxiety and behavioural disorders are among the leading causes of illness and disability among adolescents. Adolescents with mental health conditions are particularly vulnerable to social exclusion, discrimination, stigma (affecting readiness to seek help), educational difficulties, risk-taking behaviours and physical ill-health.
I provide private 30 minute 1:1 breathwork sessions for teenagers of all ages
The benefits include:
- reduction in feelings of anxiety and overwhelm
- assistance with falling asleep and staying asleep
- managing exam pressure and using techniques during exams to remain focused and stress reduction
- better manage emotional outbursts and regulation
- calming the mind and body
- better manage symptoms associated with ADHD/Autism
Cost: £35 per 30 minute session
Sessions can be carried out in person or online.
Depending on your previous experience with breathwork, I tailor each session to your needs. The key is to first establish your optimum breathing technique through diaphragmatic and belly breathing. From this base, we establish any breathing disorder and create a daily practice. Teaching up to 25 different breath practices, after the coaching you will have a number of breathwork tools that you can use in any eventuality.
